Discovers the nearest switch name and port information through CDP/LLDP/EDP and checks link speed/duplex, VLAN ID, and TCP/IP connectivity. The PoE voltage according to the standards 802.3af/at is verified. Test results can be viewed, commented on, and added to cable testing, and automatically uploaded and managed via Link-Live™ using a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot.
