Description

This car loudspeaker holder serves as an adapter ring for mounting 165-mm loudspeakers in door or covering openings. It has a precisely shaped spacer that centers the speaker and transmits the mechanical load to the vehicle structure. This allows screws or bolts to fasten the speaker without changing the original opening. During installation, the ring aligns itself to the existing mounting points or cutouts in the cover, thus ensuring a uniform gap and the correct mounting level for retrofit audio components. It is typically used for vehicle audio upgrades where the dimensions of the original speakers differ from those of the replacement speakers. The bracket provides a reproducible mechanical joint and a stable acoustic positioning.
