One nozzle for all materials
From conventional printing with PLA to PEEK to carbon-fiber reinforced materials, the tungsten carbide nozzle can easily print with any material for a long time.
High wear resistance
This Phaetus Tungsten Carbide nozzle is made from tungsten carbide with ultra-high hardness (hardness greater than 2700 HV (up to 2900 HV).
It is very wear-resistant and allows durable pressure without wear of the nozzle bore or the flat tip.
High temperature strength
Made of tungsten carbide / copper alloy, this nozzle offers excellent thermal conductivity and strength.
This nozzle can be used up to a pressure temperature of 550 ° C.
Optimum temperature distribution
The tungsten carbide used with a purity of more than 99.98% ensures even temperature distribution within the nozzle during printing, thus ensuring stable extrusion.
More speed,
Due to the thermal properties and the high flow rate of the nozzle, the printing speed can be increased even further without affecting the quality.
Low friction
The entire nozzle has a DLC coating. The friction coefficient is only 0.05, which effectively prevents the melted filament and the nozzle sticking.
DLC coating
Layer thickness 2.0 μm, without influence on dimensional stability;
Maintaining a high sliding and wear resistance of up to 300 ℃;
High adsorption capacity, HV2200 coating hardness;
Stable chemical properties, non-toxic, non-corrosive and insoluble in other solvents.
