Description

This material-humidity meter enables the damage-free measurement of wood and construction materials. The device has four selectable characteristics for soft wood types (e.g. spruce, Pines), hard wood types (e.g. beech, oak), plaster and cement screed. The wet/dry indicator with 12 colored LEDs provides immediate information about the humidity or the degree of dryness of the test object. In case of detection of wet material the user is warned by an additional acoustic signal. The last measured value can be kept on the display by pressing a button with the hold function. After a three-minute period of non-use, the device switches off automatically. The housing is mostly made from recycled material and makes a valuable contribution to sustainability.
