Description

With this 1000 BaseT PCI adapter you can network your workstation via Gigabit and thus make use of a bandwidth of up to 2000 MBit in full-duplex mode. This means extended security when transmitting time-critical data and an optimised linking to the network and the server.
The DGE-528T is connected to a Cat 5e cabling, accordingly an expensive glass-fibre cabling for connecting to Gigabit gets omitted. The card supports the flow-control for protection against data losses when the network load is high and is compatible with ACPI Power Management.
