High-quality ceramic knife sharpener in a compact and lightweight design, so that you can sharpen your knife on the go. The carbide inserts in the dark, coarse V-cut provide the basic sharpness. The ceramic inserts in the fine white V-cut polish the blade and give it back its original fine shine.
Hold the knife sharpener with the left hand on the ribbed surface and press it onto a non-slip surface. After only three to four pulls by the knife sharpener without any effort, the blade is ready for use again.
