With its rugged construction and powerful neodymium capsule, the RØDE M1 dynamic microphone will impress even the toughest live gigs. It feels robust, but by no means heavy or clumsy. Handling noises are almost completely suppressed thanks to an ingenious design. With its warm yet amazingly defined sound (for a dynamic microphone), the M1 reproduces almost any voice from its chocolate side. The pronounced cardioid characteristic prevents the removal of many background noises and thus also feedback. Although the M1 was designed as a vocal microphone, it is equally suitable for miking guitar amplifiers, bass drums, snare, toms and percussion.
