Description

The IS 140-2 is considered a classic among infrared motion detectors. STEINEL has now equipped this classic with even more class. The optical system is equipped with precise, spherical Fresnel lenses, which enable even more precise person detection and a uniquely constant range. The setting options: Precise adjustment of the detection range by the optical system which can be swivelled horizontally by 90° and vertically by 180°. In addition, the detection zone can be restricted with the supplied cover plates. The IS 140-2 has a simple setting of time and twilight thresholds via a rotary control on the underside of the sensor lens. The IS 140-2 infrared motion detector is easily and quickly wired and mounted on the wall or corner thanks to the generous, clearly arranged connection compartment. The supply line can be surface-mounted or flush-mounted.
