ImagePerfect™ firmware supports surveillance-optimized workloads of ~90% for recording and ~10% for video playback. ImagePerfect also allows higher resolution cameras than traditional hard drives.
The workload rate of 180 TB/year - three times that of a desktop drive - provides reliable SkyHawk performance in write-intensive surveillance systems.
The NVR device compatible design allows hard drives to maintain their full performance in RAID systems and multi-disk systems and allows customers to grow flexibly with the thriving NVR market.
