Description
In cooperation with poly scope polymers from the Netherlands has a special Innofil 3D ABS filament for 3D printing. Poly scope offers solutions to improve the performance of various technical plastics, such as ABS, by adding stirene and maleic anhydride (SMA). The advantages of this are high heat resistance and high dimensional stability. Innofil 3D has the options, the material behavior when 3D printing to analyze and improvements to realize. This led to an optimized ABS filament for 3D printing: ABS Fusion + with poly scope XILOY.
The majority of the available in the market ABS filaments are primarily all-purpose filaments. This has a negative effect on the material properties and the availability of these FDM-filaments and allows the end-user is not the full potential of the 3D printing. With ABS Fusion + offers Innofil 3D for the 3D printing optimized ABS filament.
Innofil has particularly on the following improvements:- Improvement of the bed liability for direct printing on glass without any liquids or adhesive tape leads
