Description

With the Anybus Wireless Bolt, you can connect your machine control to a wireless network. The Wireless Bolt is mounted directly on the machine or control cabinet and enables machine access via Bluetooth® or WLAN (WiFi).
The Anybus Wireless Bolt is connected to the machine controller via Ethernet cable and supports the Industrial Ethernet protocols BACnet/IP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP as well as the TCP/IP and UDP protocols.

MASCHINEN WIRELESS CONFIGURING
The Anybus Wireless Bolt allows you to configure or operate your machine wirelessly. For example, you can access the websites of your control system via laptop, tablet or smartphone. The range of the radio connection is up to 100 m. With the Wireless Bolt you can realize the concept "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) and for example do without expensive, permanently installed HMIs.

RUND TOTAL PACKAGE
With the Anybus Wireless Bolt you get a complete package that combines connection, communication processor and integrated antenna in one unit. Regardless of the communication method, the same connector is always used for power supply and communication (2x9p pin header).

Max. 3 m signal cable - Uses ARM mbed 3.0 IoT Device Platform - Simultaneous operation of WLAN and Bluetooth enables radio bridges between the two networks as well as network redundancy - Security features for secure operation in industrial environments.

Configuration
You can configure the Anybus Wireless Bolt via its integrated web pages. Alternatively, you can send AT commands for configuration or use the Easy Config modes.

Assembly
The Anybus Wireless Bolt is mounted in a 50.5 mm (M50) opening on the machine or in the control cabinet. The upper part ("helmet") is outside and has an IP67 housing. The lower part is located in the machine/control cabinet (IP21).
