For all countries with daytime running light obligation it is recommended to carry them:
Ireland, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Lithuania and Poland

*= Motor vehicles. with Xenon or LED main headlamps have no obligation to carry replacement bulbs, but already for turn signal, tail or brake lamps!
