Areas of application
The compressed air PKL series intermittent beater is particularly suited to knocking off things which have stubbornly attached to panels, tubes and containers, application examples are, for example, Removal of hose education, bridging and rest to empty.
Design and mode of operation
The Shock (like a hammer) is set by the piston. The PKL 190 to 740, the impact directly against the area on which the knocker is mounted. The PKL 2100, PKL 5000 and PKL 10000, the strike against the base plate. The compressed air forces the piston against one or two springs, the fast bleeding the piston area can then suddenly the piston against the impact area. The PKL series intermittent beater can be operated with oil-free compressed air.
A way valve is required for activation (not included).
The maximum pulse-rate is 10 putts in sequence at 15 beats per minute and 180 beats per hour.
