Field of application
The PKL series compressed air intermittent beater is particularly suited to knocking off things which have stubbornly attached to panels, tubes and containers. Examples of use include elimination of tubing, bridge formation and residual drain.
Construction and operating principle
The impact (as with a hammer) is produced by the piston. In the case of the PKL 190 to 740, the impact is carried out directly against the surface on which the pinter is mounted. In the case of PKL 2100, PKL 5000 and PKL 10000, the result in a blow against the floor panel. The compressed air pushes the piston against one or two springs, the rapid bleeding of the piston chamber then suddenly hits the piston against the impact surface. The PKL series intermittent beater can be operated with oil-free compressed air.
A way valve is required for activation (not included).
The maximum pulse-rate is 10 putts in sequence at 15 beats per minute and 180 beats per hour.
