The German Racing Championship, DRM for short, was the most important motorsport series in Germany from 1972 to 1985 and produced racing greats such as Hans-Joachim "Striezel" Stuck. The Carrera DIGITAL 132 set "DRM Retro Race" is a tribute to the legendary racing cars that have made history. There are three dreamlike cars on the starting line: The Ford Capri Zakspeed Turbo "Liqui Moly Equipe No. 55" was sponsored by Carrera at the time and now adorns the front spoiler of this classic forever. His rivals, the Porsche 938/78 "Moby Dick" and the BMW M1 Procar "Sauber Racing, No. 90", however, are right on his heels and are putting full throttle on the 8 metre long Carrera racetrack.
