Description

KERATHERM ® Bond RT100 is a thermally conductive awarded two-component adhesive with short setting time and is solvent-free. It offers an effective thermal link between electronic component and heat sink. The material has an extraordinary stick properties - thus, the requirement of mechanical fastening. The adhesive consists of two components, the paste in a static mixing tube can be mixed and applied. The cartridges are resealable. Apply a small amount of the adhesive is sufficient to verk living on a surface. Applikationsmnoglichkeiten: CPU, LED, BGA, heat sink.
