Description

With the Anybus Wireless Bolt you can connect the control of your machine to a wireless network. The Wireless Bolt is mounted directly on the machine or on the control cabinet and allows machine access via Bluetooth® or WLAN (WiFi).
The Anybus Wireless Bolt is connected to the machine control via Ethernet cable and supports not only the BACnet/IP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP and Modbus TCP industrial Ethernet protocols but also the TCP/IP and UDP protocols.

CONFIGURE MACHINES WIRELESS
Anybus Wireless Bolt allows a remote set-up and operation of equipment, using browser-based control apps on a wide range of mobile devices (laptop, smartphone etc). The Bolt signal range covers up to 100 m, which means you can put your own BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policys in place, thereby reducing the number of expensive fixed HMI dashboards.

ROUND COMPLETE PACKAGE
With the Anybus Wireless Bolt you get a complete package that combines connection, communications processor and integrated antenna in one unit. Regardless of the communication method, the same connection is always used for power supply and communication (2x9p pin strip).

Configuration
You can configure the Anybus Wireless Bolt through its built-in web pages. Alternatively, you can also send AT commands for configuration or use the Easy Config modes.

Assembly
The Anybus Wireless Bolt is mounted in a 50.5 mm (M50) opening on the machine or in the control cabinet. The upper part ("helmet") is outside and has a IP67 housing. The lower part is located in the machine/control cabinet (IP21).
