Description

Robust, reliable hand-held spotlight
The HS5R handheld spotlight is a robust and reliable cordless handheld spotlight for a wide range of applications, whether industrial or commercial, hunting or security services. The professional working lamp always provides sufficient brightness.
The flashing function with orange color filter disc included makes the spotlight ideal as a warning light for road traffic, as it can tilt the lamp head by 90° and the lamp can be set up. The robust housing made of ABS plastic is also intended for use with gloves.
The lamp can be fixed quickly and easily on metallic surfaces by a strong holding magnet at the bottom of the casing or charged in connection with the charging/mounting tray.
Luminous efficacy
The light yield is outstanding: The built-in 5W power LED provides for a homogeneous and bright light picture. The special reflector produces a particularly uniform light image over the entire lighting range – the lamp achieves up to 420 lumen at a beam range of up to 500 meters.
Powerful lithium battery pack with microcontroller-controlled charging technology
A permanently installed and powerful Li-Ion battery pack with 2600mAh provides the necessary energy. If the battery capacity is low, the handheld spotlight switches off automatically to prevent damage to the battery pack due to deep discharge. The charging takes place via a micro-USB connection, optionally at the socket or in the car/truck with commercially available USB-chargers - convenient for industry and rescue organizations such as fire brigade, THW etc.
Thanks to the latest microcontroller-controlled charging technology (with quadruple safety cut-off (short-circuit, overcharging, deep discharge, overload), which has been optimally adapted to the special properties of lithium batteries, the charging process is terminated automatically as soon as the battery is fully charged. Overcharging is thus not possible, was for the first time for maximum safety and on the other hand for a high performance and long service life of the battery pack.
The charging can be done directly via the micro USB cable included in the delivery or via the wall holder/charging cradle. A control display on the on/off switch informs about the remaining capacity of the lithium battery pack as well as about the charging progress.
Focus and light modes
The lamp can be easily operated by two function buttons: Switch 1 is the on/off button and switch 2 allows you to select the three different functions: In 100% mode, the HS5R lights up for approx. 2 hours, in 25% energy-saving mode, the light duration is extended to approx. 9.5 hours and in flashing mode approx. 16 hours.
Power failure electronics
In the event of a power failure (in charging mode), the handheld spotlight is switched on automatically, so that there is always an emergency light with the lamp.
