Description
The current clamp has a 1000:1 down control ratio and is designed for measuring alternating currents up to 1000 A. The clamp has an excellent accuracy (0.3% error, complete measuring range) and a small phase shift (0.7 °, complete measuring range) and can thus be used for measuring power, energy and performance quality applications. This high performance is achieved because the magnetic cores are made of high-permeable Feni alloy.
The nominal terminating resistor (load) of 1 Ω must be provided by the device connected to the MCC1010 and MVC1010.
The output terminals of the MCC1010 and MVC1010 are protected by a voltage limitation circuit, at which a safe contact voltage is applied under all evaluated conditions.
The MCC1010 and MVC1010 are evaluated according to the international standard IEC 61010 for CATIA 600 V.
