The GAL 18V-40 offers a modern design and is extremely compact. With a charging current of 4 A, it charges a GBA 18V 4.0Ah battery up to 80% in just 48 minutes and a GBA 18V 2.0Ah battery up to 80% in 24 minutes. This compact charger is part of the Bosch Professional 18V system and is fully compatible with all Bosch Professional 18V batteries The GAL 18V-40 can also be mounted on the wall.The ProCORE18V 4.0Ah Professional is the lightest and most compact battery in the Bosch ProCORE18V series. For optimized size and minimum weight, it has a new generation of cell technology that delivers the same performance as a standard 4.0 Ah battery. For additional flexibility, it is compatible with all new as well as existing Bosch Professional 18-volt tools and chargers (professional 18V system). For superior heat dissipation at the battery from the inside to the outside the battery is also provided with COOLPACK 2.0 technology.
