What makes the 805 the best choice? This is not a pen, but a measuring device for measuring the overall vibration and special variables such as storage status and temperature for a more detailed result. It offers a combined vibration and force sensor tip, which compensates for deviations (in force or angle) caused by the user and thus provides accurate, repeatable results. A four-level severity scale and an integrated processor measure the storage condition and overall vibration, and provide results based on easy-to-understand text messages (good, satisfactory, unsatisfactory, unacceptable). The sensor sensitivity is designed for reading a large frequency range (10 to 1,000 Hz and 4,000 to 20,000 Hz) and thus covers most machine and component types.
