The model XL422 is an innovative, portable data logger for measuring AC current up to 2500 A with real effective values (TRMS) in electrical three-phase systems. This device is primarily of great use in industry (assessment of power consumption, control of the rated power of transformers, etc.) and due to its compact design it can be used extremely versatile.
The data logger for XL422 current is located in a robust plastic housing, which offers a high mechanical protection (IP65) (against dust and water splashes) and is therefore best suitable for all conventional industrial applications. It is equipped with integrated flexible pliers and is therefore also suitable for current measurement on strong cables and/or rails. Thanks to a complex internal memory algorithm, continuous recordings can also be made over long periods of time and thus an exact monitoring of a power supply is possible. In addition to internal programming, the supplied software for Windows allows you to download and analyze the recording results on a PC for creating and printing measurement reports. Practical LED displays on the front panel make it easy to use even for inexperienced operators.
