The TOOLCRAFT lead-free solder wire is also Halogen-free and therefore produces reliable solder joints, cleaning the circuit boards is no longer necessary.
Ideal for use in SMD Technology, as the copper content ensures easier processing with copper pads on the printed circuit board. The double flux content also helps with thick oxide layers as well as superimposed components.
