The new SIMATIC IOT2050 industrial IoT gateway, based on Texas Instruments ARM processor technology, is an open, industrial PC-like platform that enables customers to implement a wide range of applications in the IOT, gateway and edge environments. The SIMATIC IOT2050 contains a variety of interfaces and is characterized above all by its expandability, free programmability in high-level languages and the availability of a wide range of packages in the Linux environment. The fanless industrial design and the availability from stock round off the offer.
