Description
The Extron 10-way connector shape allows you to pour on the 10 most popular model construction plugs "handles".
The Extron plug shape is made of CNC machined aluminum and therefore durable.
The application is very simple (see pictures). All was needed is a commercially available hot glue gun.
1. Coat the inside of the plug with commercially available release agent, e.g. wax spray, WD40, etc.
2. Insert plug or socket with soldered cable into the mold with the mold top
3. Push hot glue into center hole until it comes out at side outlet holes
4. After a short cooling, deform the plug and remove the connection with a sharp knife - done!

ATTENTION Please avoid short circuits! Risk of fire and explosion! The aluminum plug shape is current-conducting! Also solder power-free cables.
