The i3A-DC/DC converters are ideal for generating further voltages with hohem current from a 12, 24, 36 or 48VDC standard power supply. With up to 98% efficiency, they work extremely efficiently and have a very high efficiency. Typical fields of application are in industry or testing and measurement technology as well as in medical technology or telecommunications.
Various control signals such as frequency synchronization, sequencing, power DC good and remote on/off options complement the product specifications. The output voltage of the i3A-converter can be trimmed via a pin by means of external resistance. A remote sense function allows the compensation of voltage drops on the circuit board. The remote on/off function can be ordered optionally with positive or negative logic. To protect the load and the i3A itself, the module switches off at input undervoltage, overcurrent or overtemperature.
Safety approvals include IEC/EN/UL/CSA60950-1, IEC/EN/UL/CSA62368-1. Furthermore, the i3A converters carry the CE mark in accordance with the low-voltage and RoHS2 guidelines.
