Description

The Fritz!DECT 440 quad button controls smart home devices in THE FRITZ!Box home network. Actions of up to twelve devices or device groups can be controlled and switched comfortably via the E-Paper display. The FRITZ!Box user interface is used to set up the desired smart home products and assign them to the button. FRITZ!DECT 440 is suitable for every FRITZ!Box with DECT basis and is connected via secure DECT-ULE radio.
Convenient manual switching
IN the Smart Home area of THE FRITZ!Box interface, FRITZ!DECT products can be linked to the button as their control element. Choose from the new Fritz!DECT 500 LED lamps, THE Fritz!DECT 300 and 301 radiator controllers and the Fritz!DECT 200 and 210 intelligent sockets. A built-in temperature sensor also serves as an external temperature sensor for the Fritz!DECT 300 and 301 heat sink controllers. Thus FRITZ!DECT 440 becomes a comfortable remote control and enables simultaneous and fast access to several smart home applications.
Versatile usage possibilities
FRITZ!DECT 440 switches devices and device groups manually, but can also use processes previously defined in THE FRITZ!Box interface – so-called smart home templates. For example, the holiday circuit for heating, a timer for the living room lamp or the program for outdoor lighting can be started and stopped at any time by pressing a button.
Small, smart and economical
As with FRITZ! Products, FRITZ!DECT 440 also relies on ease of use and an intuitive setup. FRITZ!DECT 440 is simply connected to THE FRITZ!Box by pressing a button via radio and the DECT connection is thereby automatically encrypted. The E-Paper display shows the user the successful registration. The flashing LED confirms successful radio transmission to the box. The economical DECT ULE-radio guarantees a long life of the batteries.
