Description
The fine dust meter can be used in different areas. The fine dust meter can measure both the particle and the measuring concentration. A fine dust measuring device is used wherever a possible health hazard from fine dust could occur. These include pollution from combustion, manufacturing, energy production, vehicle engine emissions and the pollution generated by the construction industry. In addition to particle counting, the fine dust meter also offers the possibility of determining the mass concentration. In addition to PM2.5 and PM10, particle sizes 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 and 10 µm can be measured. In addition to the particle sizes, the fine dust meter has sensors for temperature and relative humidity. On the back of the fine dust meter there is a camera, through which measurement data can be linked with image and video material. High levels of air pollution can occur in areas with high traffic volumes. A fine dust measuring device can help to expose these contamination values. Where there is increased air pollution, there may be increased risks of respiratory disease.
