Description
The dynamometer measures tensile forces as well as compressive forces and this with a very high resolution. The tensile force or pressure force is often required in the test laboratory to determine, for example, yield limits or tear-off forces.The dynamometer is supplied with an external measuring cell. The measuring cell is connected to the dynamometer with a sensor cable of approx. 6 m. The dynamometer or the force measuring cell has a M20 thread support to initiate the tensile or compressive forces. The dynamometer can operate at a sampling rate of up to 1600 Hz. The measured values sampled are displayed as instantaneous values and in a graphical curve curve directly in the dynamometer. The measurements can be stored in the internal memory or transferred via USB interface with the software included in the delivery with a maximum of 800 Hz as live measurement. The dynamometer has a graphic LCD that displays the measured values numerically and also graphically. Furthermore, the dynamometer is protected according to IP54 and can thus also be used in harsh industrial environments. The dynamometer offers the option of storing two limit values that are continuously compared with the instantaneous value. When these limits are exceeded or fallen below, a signal is output in the display of the dynamometer and a reaction is made via external interfaces, which can be used, for example, for controlling a test machine.
