The professional CO warning and measuring device GX-C300P with internal electrochemical sensor is equipped with a vacuum system, which allows a hose to be placed in the room to be monitored. Either the room is very dusty (pellet and wood chip bunkers) or thermally demanding (gas-operated saunas or cold stores) or no electrical cables may be laid (explosion-protected), then the air intake is the only way to measure the CO concentration.
No large quantities of air are required, a small vacuum in the warning device is sufficient to obtain correct measuring results after 30 seconds at the latest. For rooms with high dust loads, a filter is supplied, which is replaced if required, but at the latest annually.
As standard, the device works strictly according to DIN EN 50291 standard, but can be adapted to your requirements before manufacturing.
TÜV tested safety
CO-sensor, measuring cell, evaluation and software have been subjected to an extensive full test in accordance with DIN EN 50291 at TUV Süd, safety and stability have been certified to the system. The development of the professional CO warning detector GX-C300P was the logical consequence of this.
Suction with silicone hose:
The 2 meter long hose is fixed tightly and tightly to the device and cannot be loosened. The hose can be shortened, but in thermally demanding rooms at least 100 cm of hose must remain free before it is immersed in the wall. The maximum permissible hose length is 4 meters if the CO warning device is to comply with the reaction times according to the standard.
The GX-C300P is a device for surface mounting and is supplied with a fixed supply line with 230 V mains voltage. The device is immediately ready for operation after applying the mains voltage, the measurement and evaluation starts immediately and is designed for years of continuous operation.
The displays on the 2x 16-character display are in English, the CO values can be read accurately against ppm and many more information can be called up with THE SERVICE button. This includes the counters that make it easy for maintenance companies (the warning device itself is maintenance-free) to retrieve statistical information on the operational safety of the system and to note it if necessary.
CO alarm:
When the alarm is triggered, the built-in piezo sound generator sounds, the background lighting of the display flashes and the potential-free changeover relay drops.
