Description

The heat conductive paste T12 is a chemically neutral, white, opaque silicone paste with good thermal conductivity and heat resistance up to 200°C. The heat conductive paste T12 does not dry out, does not become hard and does not melt. At high and low temperatures in use and during storage, it shows a high degree of consistency stability. The heat conductive paste T12 is used as a filling medium to dissipate the heat between the contact surfaces of the semiconductors and heat radiation raders. When installing semiconductors, such as diodes and transistors, the heat-insulating air is replaced by heat-conducting paste T12. This improves the heat transfer from the assembly component to the cooler and significantly increases the efficiency of the assembly component.
