Valve 6240 is a servo-controlled piston valve. Plug and core guide tube are welded together to increase pressure and leak resistance. Depending on the application, different seal material combinations are available. Shape and surface quality of the housing allow maximum flow values. The coils are repressed with chemically highly resistant epoxy. An optional mechanical bearing increases the running time for dry gases. In conjunction with a plug in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valves comply with protection class IP65. Stainless steel valves meet NEMA 4X.
