Use the heat-wire probe (thermal anemometer) to determine flow speed and volume flow in the ventilation duct or at disc valves and ventilation grillees. It is particularly suitable for low and medium flow speeds up to +20 m/s. At the same time, the probe can also measure temperatures up to +70 °C.
The hot wire probe is equipped with a telescope that has a maximum length of 820 mm when extended. Due to the small probe head diameter of 7.5 mm, the probe can be used excellently in ventilation ducts with small drill holes.
It is particularly convenient that the measuring probe can be changed when the measuring instrument is switched on.
Intelligent calibration concept
The probe offers the highest digital measurement reliability. The digital sensor enables a direct measurement processing in the sensor. This technology eliminates instrument uncertainty. For calibration, the probe can be sent in alone (without measuring device). The calculation of the determined calibration data in the sensor generates a zero error display.
