Description

The SMX1000LCD SmartPro 230 V 1kVA 500 W Line-Interactive UPS provides emergency power and AC protection against power failures, voltage drops, voltage peaks and line disturbances, which can damage the electronics or destroy data. ideal for backup of home/office, POS, VoIP and small business networks, the SMX1000LCD switches to battery mode within milliseconds, so your connected devices can run long enough to store files and safely shut down without data loss.
The SMX1000LCD has 6 IEC-320-C13 sockets and a C14 connector to which a user-supplied power cord can be connected. The user-replaceable internal battery provides 11 minutes of half-load support and 3 minutes of full-load support. It can also power an entry-level PC for up to 60 minutes or a single DVR/VCR component for up to three hours. An LCD screen on the front panel monitors operating data such as voltage, battery and overload status.
The automatic voltage control (AVR) keeps the nominal power of 230 V over an input range of 171 V to 266 V, without using the battery. EMI/RFI noise filtering improves the performance of your equipment and prevents damage. A surge protection class of 480 Joules protects your devices against harmful surges. The USB communication port supports the built-in power management and automatic power-off function of Windows and Mac OS X or the complete monitoring and data-saving self-shutdown options with the free PowerAlert monitoring software from Tripp Lite.
