Information
C rate for LiPo batteries: The C rate indicates how much a LiPo battery may be discharged/charged to the maximum. For this purpose, the C rate is multiplied by the nominal capacity. The result is the maximum current in amps. Ex: 4.0Ah (4000mAh) * 60C = 240 A. However, it should be noted that different resistors (plugs, cables and, above all, the internal resistance) influence the current output, so that these values can never be reached. Our goal is to minimize internal resistance to achieve maximum performance.
