Description
Ideal probes for the 48V GaN power conversion
With 60V common mode and 80V differential input range with 1GHz bandwidth, these probes are ideal for low voltage GaN power conversion measurements. The 60V common mode is well suited for handling battery and bulk/absorption voltages during charging, while the 80V differential input range provides room for overshoot.
Very high accuracy
The DL-HCM probes are calibrated to 0.5% DC and 0.1 dB DC to 100 MHz for high precision measurements. This ensures high accuracy of the upper and lower voltage levels of pulse width modulated signals. The precision gain calibration function allows further measurement accuracy by improving gain accuracy and removing small offset deviations from the measurement configuration.
Lowest noise and highest rejection
The Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) is exceptional for very high frequencies. This provides the best measurement performance for the measurement of PWM signals with very high slew rate (high DV/dt) typical for GaN devices and systems. Exceptional CMRR combined with low probe noise and high offset capability allows the probes to measure very small control signals floating on high common mode voltages.
Wide range of tips
The DL-HCM probes offer the perfect combination of high performance and flexibility for connecting to any device to be tested. For additional connectivity options, an optional accessory set and a high-temperature soldering tip are available.
48 V battery-operated motor and drive systems
Higher battery voltages require differential probes with suitable common-mode values and differential voltage fluctuations of the peak voltage, which can only be supplied with DL-HCM probes. 1 GHz enables accurate measurements on GaN power conversion systems.
