Description

The DCM1500S measures up to 2000VDC and 1500VAC (with PVHV cables) and 1500A AC or DC, ideal for installation, maintenance, monitoring
And testing of photovoltaic systems as well as of electrical standard AC or DC devices. The meter comes with standard 4 mm cables as well as the new PVHV1 (4 mm) and PVHV2 (MC4PV) HV DC line kits. It has a large, clear backlit display and an automatic flashlight in the pliers to facilitate use in poorly lit areas. With the free Megger Link app, the measured value can be remotely monitored via the integrated Bluetooth® on a mobile device. This gives you a live trend graph and allows you to capture and log the values for later analysis.The intelligent memory function extends the default memory function by giving the user an audible warning when the "held" reading increases by 50 counts or more. The Min/Max function allows you to measure the maximum and minimum values over a specific period of time, each value being selected alternately. Other features include a high-frequency cut-off filter, current measurement, internal measured value acquisition, a contactless voltage search mode and a manual DC amplifier zero position in addition to voltage and current measurement, the DCM1500S offers the option of measuring resistance, diode, capacitance, temperature and frequency. The DCM1500S complies with the safety requirements of IEC 61010-1 and IEC/EN61010-2-033 cat IV 600 V and cat III 1000 V.
