Delivery of Goods
We are purely a mail-order company and do not operate any physical stores, which is why unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
Shipping Costs
The flat-rate shipping cost in Euro countries is a maximum of €9.95 (excluding bulky goods). You can find the shipping costs for each item on its respective product detail page.
In Switzerland, shipping costs are based on the weight of your shopping cart:

For every additional 10 kilograms over 50 kilograms, there is an extra charge of CHF 4.95.
Different Delivery Address
You can have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address. There are no additional costs for this. You can enter the delivery address during the order process.
Delivery Time
Delivery will take place within the delivery period specified for each product. If multiple items are ordered, the longest specified period applies. The period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution for payments made in advance or immediately, or on the day after your order is placed for payments made by credit card, PayPal, or Klarna invoice, and ends after the period expires.
If the first or last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of dispatch or delivery, the next working day shall take its place. For the place of dispatch, the public holidays recognized by the state in Bavaria apply.
