With the dlinkgo GO-SW-8G 8-Port Gigabit Easy Desktop Switch you can quickly and easily set up a powerful, reliable and efficient wired network. The GO-SW-8G is a 10/100/1000 Mbps switch designed to increase the performance of small workgroups while providing high flexibility. Powerful yet extremely user-friendly, users can simply plug and play any port on this switch to a 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps or 1000 Mbps network, increasing firewidth, reducing response times and creating reserves to cope with even the most extreme load situations. The GO-SW-8G is equipped with autosensing 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports. Each port has an LED display that provides a quick overview of connection status and activity. The ports detect the network speed and automatically negotiate between 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T and between full- and half-duplex. This ensures optimal transfer speed for any device connected to the network, accelerating Internet browsing, video streaming and online gaming. In addition, the GO-SW-8G supports automatic MDI/MDIX detection so that each port can be connected directly to a server, hub, router or switch via a normal, uncrossed twisted-pair Ethernet cable.
