SHT3x-DIS is the next generation of Sensirion temperature and humidity sensors. It is based on a new CMOSens® sensor chip, which forms the heart of Sensirion's new platform for humidity and temperature. The SHT3x-DIS has increased intelligence and reliability and improved accuracy specifications compared to its predecessor. Its functionality includes enhanced signal processing, two unique user selectable I2C addresses and communication speeds of up to 1MHz. The DFN package has a floor area of 2.5 x 2.5 mm2, with storage height of 0.9 mm. This enables the integration of the SHT3x-DIS in a variety of applications. In addition, the wide supply voltage range from 2.15 V to 5.5 V guarantees compatibility with different module situations. In total, the SHT3x-DIS contains 15 years of knowledge about Sensirion, the market leader in the moisture sensor industry.
