Description

This professional multi-sensor thermometer is ideal for hygiene protection in the food industry according to HACCP guidelines and temperature specifications. The area of application includes production, food and beverage output, sampling measurement and incoming goods. Surface temperatures can be recorded without touching using the infrared sensor. The inspection area can be clearly targeted with the laser. The depth measurement is done by the foldable penetration thermometer with a small penetration diameter and a sample depth of up to 80 mm. A dual LC display including color alarm serves for fast and reliable control, comparability and hazard location. In the wide temperature range from -60°C to 350°C, the most important temperature points are contained in the cooling and processing of foodstuffs.
