Description

The FiberMASTER PowerMeter Kit - level meter and light source allows the attenuation measurement in multimode and singlemode fibers with immediate result display. With its high dynamic range, the level meter also enables fault diagnostics in LAN and telecommunications networks. Both the level meter and the light source can be used in conjunction with the glass fiber test microscope to capture images of the fiber end faces in the connectors at both ends of the fiber. The fiber optic kit is equipped with a level meter (850/1300/1310/1550/1625 nm, VFL red light source) and light source (850/1300/1310/1550 nm), a touch screen for more ease of use, lithium polymer battery for 10 hours of operation, fiber optic probe connector, USB port and a rugged housing and protected connections to prevent damage.
