Description

The MI 3088 demo board simulates typical photovoltaic systems with a PV module and a DC/AC inverter. It represents a typical plant consisting of PV-String, DC-switching box, DC/AC-inverter and a single-phase connection to the power grid. It is mainly used by sales personnel to demonstrate the measuring methods and procedures on the DC side and, in some cases, also on the AC side of a PV system.

Characteristics

With this demo board all electrical tests according to EN 625446 can be demonstrated: Continuity, insulation, open-circuit voltage Uoc, short-circuit current ISC and polarity.I/U characteristic curves of a PV module/string can be simulated.Simulation of the output of the radiation and temperature sensor.Simulation of the DC/AC inverter with a DC input and a single-phase output.
