Description
The pipe gland is intended for insertion resistance thermometers and thermocouples with protective tube diameter of 1.5 mm. The pipe fitting is made of stainless steel (material 1.4571), is equipped with a stainless steel clamping ring and designed for temperatures up to 600°C. A thread M8 x 1 with a length of 8 mm serves as a process connection. An essential advantage of the pipe fitting is the variable determination of the installation length and simple dismantling of the temperature sensor. The application areas are protective tubes according to DIN 43763 (pipe fittings with gland) for the construction of ovens, as well as for installing sheath resistance thermometers and thermocouples. The total length of the screwed gland is 23.5 mm. Wrench sizes 8 and 12 are used for positioning and tightening.
