Description

This adapter enables the connection of a front panel USB type C connection to an internal 20-pin USB 3.0 header on the motherboard. For this purpose, the adapter is plugged into the 20-pin USB 3.0 header and the cable from the I/O panel connected to it. The adapter then supports data rates up to 5 Gbps, which are possible according to the USB 3.1Gen1 specifications.
