Description

The JCA365 USB-C to Dual HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter® acts as an external graphics card for your MacBook® or your Windows laptops™®. It enables you to add two additional displays via your USB-C connector®, which increases your productivity by giving you more space on the screen from which you can work. One of the HDMI ports can output resolutions of up to 4K, while the other can output resolutions of up to 2048 x 1152.

Simply install the driver for the USB-C to Dual HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter® by connecting the adapter, and then connect your monitors to a dual display workstation with HDMI Cable™!

Information

- A driver for MacOS® and Windows® must be installed. If the computer has access to the network and has administrative privileges, Windows® can install the driver automatically when the device is connected.
- The adapter is not intended for graphics-intensive applications, e.g. gaming
- A 4K-enabled display is required to achieve the resolution of 3840 x 2160.
- The power supply can be connected to a USB™ 2.0 port, but will only support resolutions up to 2048 x 1152 at 60 Hz
- Video playback for Windows® users
- Windows® media playback is recommended for Windows® 8.1/8 users
- Movies & TV is recommended for Windows® 10 users
- Rotation mode is supported only on Windows®
- Only one adapter is supported for each MacOS® computer
- HDCP-protected content may not play on an unsupported display
- Internet access is required for automatic driver installation in Windows® 10
