Description

The effective loop impedance meter MZC-306 from Sonel is used for loop measurement of ZL-PE, ZL-N and ZL-L in 110V-715V networks with frequencies from 45 to 65Hz. The measurements are carried out after checking the correct PE connection with a test current of max. 30A depending on the mains voltage. After the automatic calculation of the short-circuit current, the correct function of the overcurrent protection device can be determined. Other measurement parameters such as AC voltage and frequency can then be transferred to the PC via USB cable and evaluated using the Sonel Reader software.
