Direct Drive HiFi Turntable System
With the TURN 5 Reloop HiFi introduces a quartz-controlled, directly driven turntable that meets even the highest sound demands. With our many years of expertise in turntable development, we were able to design a new hi-fi player that is among the best in its class with its technical refinements.

Powerful DC motor & low-resonance die-cast turntable
The brushless, directly driven DC motor provides a powerful drive with very smooth rotation, which resulted in very smooth running. The turntable of the TURN 5 is manufactured by die casting as part of the precision manufacturing process and enables perfectly balanced running. A damping rubber coating on the underside of the platter eliminates unwanted resonances. The enclosed 5 mm thick rubber pad additionally protects against vibrations, so that nothing stands in the way of sound enjoyment.

Statically balanced S-Tone arm & Hi-Tech Ortofon pickup system
A statically balanced S-shaped tone arm is used on the TURN 5. In addition to the hydraulic lift and anti-skating adjustment, this comes with a comfortable tonearm height adjustment with locking mechanism (VTA). This guarantees an optimal scanning of the pickup and an accurate reproduction of the sound carrier. The included Ortofon 2M Red pickup is pre-mounted on a headshell and features an elliptical cut with superior sound quality.


High quality controls & connectors
The three speeds of the motor can be set to 33 1/3, 45 or 78 RPM via the two buttons on the top. Thus even old shellac records could be played back via the TURN 5 with an appropriate mono system. Next to it is the large and easy-to-operate start/stop button. A wide variety of headshells can be exchanged quickly and easily using the universal twist lock mechanism (SME). In addition, a variety of pickup systems can be used with the counterweight supplied, as this also supports heavier systems. On the back of the TURN 5 is a gold-plated phono output pair with a separate ground connection to prevent ground loops. The connection panel has been recessed for all cable connections to provide the best possible protection. For easy replacement, the power cable used and the RCA cable to be connected can be removed.


Elegant design in a particularly heavy-duty version
The housing is based on a heavy metal, rubber and plastic construction with shock-absorbing feet to isolate vibrations as much as possible and reduce ambient noise. By combining different materials the case has been additionally stiffened.
Optically the TURN 5 with its rich, black piano lacquer is elegant and timeless. The gold-plated turntable floats harmoniously above the top plate and focuses on what is really important: the record.
