Image processing technology
The Gryphon™ 4500 series is the premium series in the Datalogic segment of universal scanners. The new ergonomic design guarantees maximum user-friendliness. An innovative Mexapixel sensor with white lighting also provides for a strong reading performance.

Technology for the POS
The Gryphon I GD4500 can be used as a handheld or presentation scanner. The Motionix™ technology supports it, which automatically sets the appropriate scanning mode based on the movements of the user. This technology works with or without a stand holder. Both the target device and the sensor can be individually programd. The white light is more pleasant for the human eye and also increases the reading performance for colored labels. The clearly visible 4-point target device defines a precise reading zone and reduces incorrect readings, because the central target cross simplifies the detection of several barcodes among each other.

Easy to use and start-up
The Gryphon I GD4500 is an omni-directional imager that quickly and reliably captures 1D, 2D, post, stack and composite codes such as PDF417 from mobile devices. The improved optics also offer better motion tolerance and fast detection when codes are passed at high speed.
