ULTIMATECUT countersink and countersink (DIN 335) Form C 90° HSS RUnaTEC
The completely newly developed cutting geometry of the ULTIMATECUT from RUKO greatly reduces the axial and radial forces that affect the tool during the lowering process. The specially developed, variably running relief provides for a very quiet lowering process. This produces an exact, round and rattle-free surface of the depression and thus guarantees best results. Specially developed chip room parameters, such as chip angle, transition radius as well as the extra wide clamping provide for an optimum chip and heat dissipation and thus enable a very high wear resistance. In addition, the new geometry counteracts material welding and reduces the lowering forces enormously. The lowering process now requires significantly less feed force. Materials can be machined at very high and low cutting speeds without losing quality in the result of the countersink. The ULTIMATECUT achieves best performance in almost all materials and applications.
